Starting the wash while already at the Car Wash

If you have arrived at your desired car wash, follow these steps to start the wash: 

1. Start the R2W app and click

    

2. The app will ask you if you are at the car wash, so please confirm.

    

3. Click on the "Select service" button

    

4. Look at the bay you are in to see its number (ex: “bay 6”) and choose the same bay number in the R2W app (ex: in the application “bay #6”)

    

5. Select the number of digital tokens you want to insert into the machine, and upon confirmation, the display in the bay will show your inserted tokens.

    

6. Choose the washing program on the machine in the bay and start washing.
