Home

The Home screen displays an interactive map showing all available car wash locations within the Ready2Wash network.

 

1.  Selected Car Wash
    
2. Favorite Car Wash – A location you’ve marked as your favorite.
    
3. Offline Car Wash – A car wash that is temporarily unavailable.
    
4. Open Car Wash – A location that is currently active and ready for use.
   
   
    

CAR WASH LOCATIONS
 

When you tap on a specific location, you’ll see the following details:

• Car Wash Name – The official name of the selected car wash.
   
• User Rating (Stars) – Average user rating based on customer feedback.
   
• Opening Hours – Real-time info on whether the car wash is currently open, and its full working hours.
   
• Promotions – Active discounts or offers available at that location.
   
• Location – Address details for navigation or directions.
   
• Buy Tokens – Quick access to purchase digital tokens for that specific location.
   
• Car Wash Info – Contact and business details including address, phone number, email, and website.
   
• Help (Headset Icon) – Tap the headset icon if you need assistance or wish to contact support for that location.
   

• Services – Overview of available services at that location, along with the quantity or availability of each.
  
   

   

Available services may include:

 

•     Jetwash
  
   
•    Interior perfume 
  
   
•       Multipurpose 
  
  
   
•   Chemical cleaning 
  
   
•   Vacuum 
  
  
  
•     Tire shine
   

📌Icons may vary by location. Only services offered at that specific car wash will be displayed.

FILTERS

 

To customize the car washes displayed on the map, you can use the Filters                         option to narrow down the results based on specific criteria:

• All options
  
   
• Jetwash
  
   
• Promotions 
  
   
• Open car washes only
  
   

Once you've selected the desired filters, tap “Apply filters” to update the map results.

⚠️ Important Note:

If no car wash locations are visible on the map after applying filters, it’s likely that all filter options are selected at once.
This may result in zero results, as no single location meets all selected criteria at the same time (e.g., being open, having active promotions, and offering Jetwash).

To fix this:

1. Deselect unnecessary filters by unchecking them.
   
    
2. Tap “Apply filters” again to refresh the map view.
   
    

This allows the map to display car washes that match at least one of the selected conditions.

HOW TO BUY TOKENS?

 

You can purchase tokens in two ways, depending on whether you're currently at the car wash location or buying remotely.

 1. Buying Tokens Remotely (Off-site):

1. Open the Ready2Wash app with location services enabled.
   
    
2. Tap the               home button to view nearby car washes.
   
    
3. Select the car wash where you want to use the tokens.
4. Tap the “Buy tokens” button.
5. Choose your desired token package.
6. Tap “Buy”.
7. Choose your preferred payment method:
   Credit Card
   Apple Pay (iOS only)
   MTS (for Serbian users with supported carriers)
8. If you selected “Credit Card” choose one of the following:

“Pay with a new card” – Enter card details and optionally check “Save card”.
“Pay with an existing card” – Choose a previously saved payment method.

9. Tap “Pay” to complete your purchase.

2. Buying Tokens On-site (At the car wash):

 

1. Tap the            wash button
   
    
2. The app will ask: “Are you at the car wash?” – Confirm to proceed.
   
    
3. Tap the “Buy” button when prompted.
   
    
4. Select your preferred token package.
   
    
5. Tap “Buy” again to confirm.
   
    
6. Choose your preferred payment method:
   
    
   • Credit Card
     
      
   • Apple Pay (iOS)
     
      
   • MTS (for Serbian users with supported carriers)
     
      
7. If you selected “Credit Card” choose one of the following:

“Pay with a new card” – Enter card details and optionally check “Save card”.
“Pay with an existing card” – Choose a previously saved payment method.

8. Complete the purchase.
