How to reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it directly through the Ready2Wash mobile app. 

Please follow the steps below:

1. On your mobile device, open the Ready2Wash app.
2. Tap on “Log in”.
3. Select “Forgot password” below the login fields.
4. Enter your registered email address.
5. Tap “Reset”.
6. Check your email inbox for a message from support@ready2wash.com.
7. Click the link provided in the email.
8. Enter and confirm your new password.
9. Tap “Activate”.
10. Return to the R2W app, tap “Already a member? Log in”, and log in with your new credentials.

⚠️ Important:

• The reset password link is single-use only and must be activated via your mobile device.
• Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your Ready2Wash account.
• If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your Spam or Junk folder, or try again after a few minutes.
